(Nasdaq: STXS) announced today that the first atrial fibrillation procedures performed with its partnered magnetic irrigated catheter were successfully completed over the course of the past week. The magnetic irrigated catheter has CE Mark approval for the remote ablation of arrhythmias and is being released in phases to physicians in Europe. Details from completed cases will be provided at the Company's earnings call, which is scheduled for Thursday, November 8, 2007, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
